Agtech7 (AgTech7)

Executed jointly by 8 institutions from 5 countries and funded by Erasmus+ program, AgTech7 Project intends to facilitate interdisciplinary approach in agricultural education, to integrate innovation, agricultural know-how and entrepreneurial skills in engineering, while also advancing the novel approach developed by European angel investors and initial service providers in the agricultural field.

Prospective opportunities in the technology market. To this end, the partners of Agtech7 are collaborating on a comprehensive curriculum based on a learning module of 7 agricultural technologies, which are intended to adapt to specific needs and learning habits of different target groups.

The learning module of 7 agricultural technologies incorporates training on data analytics for farm management information systems, Blockchain technology applications for agri-food value chain, agri-food-specific innovative practices in agricultural funding and insurance operations, methods to increase resource and harvest efficiency using the internet of things and satellite systems, artificial intelligence utilization in the optimization of agri-food supply chain, developing new customer-specific marketing techniques, and techniques for rapid business development in agile agri-food entrepreneurship.
